There is nothing like the fall in New England. The riot of color is spectacular & the cool crisp weather invigorating. I had the pleasure of the company of my two oldest grandchildren yesterday, as they had a break from school. Taking full advantage of the beautiful fall day, we took a hike along the Naponset River. Here are a few photographs of our adventure.
Thanks for coming along. Have a great week everyone!
The light is beautiful and the colors are so intense! Here there will be no such colors because there was too much rain I think.
ReplyDeleteI love the first boat photo. Just stopped me in my tracks. Of course, love the pics with the kids too.
ReplyDeleteOh Sally -
ReplyDeleteYour photos make me homesick for a New England Fall. What a special day to savor.
Thank you for the comments you left about the Joan Baez and her concert at Esalen. I wish you could have been there. Lots of children of the sixties.
Fondly, Marjorie

Looks like your grandchildren are enjoying the fall foliage as much as I enjoy the photos. The leaves are one of the best parts of this time of year.
