They're beautiful! When did you move to Charleston?! I'm happy for you! It's such a pretty city. We visited the area just a year ago. My dad has a house nearby.
liza, I am so glad to have you back to the blogging world. We moved to Charleston last fall & have been enjoying every minuet. I remember when you posted about your dad's home. I was fascinated as we had already begun our search for a home here.
Oh, that looks so lovely! They're so lucky to have you! My mother passed away many years ago, and my partner's mother too. Dad's are just not so good in keeping the social grandparents- glue together as I think mothers are.
Oh this comment was very touching to both me & my young granddaughters. Thank you for sharing these thoughts & helping us to remember to fully appreciate what we have.
Love the picture of them playing in the surf with their bright color separates. They could be an ad for the new JCP! Now that you live faraway, you get the opportunity to snatch them away for a week or so. What fun.
Having recently relocated to Charleston SC, it seems that I am now all over the map. I have left my home & studio in Boston for warmer climates but will continue to visit often. Summers are always spent in a tiny village in the southwest of France. So I am indeed between here & there. I am happy to have you follow along.
Except where otherwise noted, all photographs & art work are mine. I appreciate your interest but, please, do not reproduce them without first asking. Thank you.
